Once a customer places the order, the order is sent for fulfillment within 24 working hours after the telephonic order confirmation. When the order is handed over to the courier, we are not able to accommodate any changes in delivery. You will receive tracking details as soon as the order is shipped. You can also login to your account on the website to check complete information related to your order. Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions with shipping.

Rs 50 charge for delivery per item may be applied if the order value is less than Rs 1000. While, orders of Rs 1000 or above are delivered free.

We ship books using a host of courier partners (Indian post, DTDC and Ecom Express, Amazon, E-kart, Delhivery) based on your location.

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

If an order is returned to us as a result of a wrong address, or if the courier is unable to contact the customer, shipping charges will need to be paid again for the order to be resent.
